Pre-Listing Inspection

Pre-Listing Inspection

Let us inspect your home before you put it up for sale, and we’ll help you enjoy an easier time managing negotiations and an eventual real estate transaction. The inspection will provide information about the home’s strengths and weaknesses so that you know exactly what to tell interested home buyers—helping you avoid stalled negotiations when their own inspector confirms that you were truthful in the assessment you shared.

New Construction Inspection

New Construction Inspection

Our in-depth investigation into the condition of new home construction will reveal potential defects that a home buyer may want to have corrected before closing on the property. The inspection should be scheduled before the builder’s final walkthrough so that potential issues can be addressed without significant delay.

New Construction Phase Inspections

New Construction Phase Inspections

This inspection service will be conducted at several stages of the construction process on a new home. The reason for this approach is simple: by inspecting the home at different phases, it allows us to catch issues that can then be corrected before they’re covered up by additional construction.

Re-Inspections

Re-Inspections

Re-Inspections will give you the peace of mind to follow through with the purchase of a home by ensuring that known issues have been corrected as promised. The inspection service is typically scheduled after repairs have been made to defective areas that were found during the Buyer’s Inspection we originally conducted.

Commercial Property Inspection

Commercial Property Inspection

We’re experienced in providing professional inspections of commercial properties ranging in size from small office spaces to large industrial complexes. We’ll assess the condition of the building, the grounds, and any installed mechanical components to ensure that your prospective investment meets your expectations.

EIFS Inspection Inspections

EIFS Inspection

Lead inspector Michael Hesterberg has received advanced certifications in exterior claddings, and he is incredibly knowledgeable about EIFS—often referred to as synthetic stucco. EIFS can sometimes harbor moisture that eventually damages the material and can lead to additional damage to a building. For this inspection service, the EIFS cladding system will be thoroughly inspected for moisture intrusion and other issues that you’ll want to know about before investing in a property.

Manufactured Stone Exterior Inspection

Manufactured Stone Exterior Inspection

We’re also able to provide a detailed inspection of manufactured stone exteriors. This building material is also subject to causing water damage to a building, and it’s our goal to make sure that the cladding system is in good condition so that your investment is protected.

Full Infrared Assessment

Full Infrared Assessment

At Building Inspections LLC, we specialize in providing full infrared assessments of a home or commercial property. We’ll use our infrared cameras to thoroughly analyze the heat signatures of a building’s various components, carefully investigating any abnormal disparities in temperature. This can lead us to hidden issues such as moisture intrusion, bad electrical wiring, and defective insulating materials.

Drone Roof Inspections

Drone Roof Inspections

Drone Roof Inspections can be incredibly convenient and beneficial for home buyers and commercial property investors who would like an in-depth assessment of a roofing system, especially one that may be difficult to access normally. We’ll use our drones to take close-up, high-resolution photographs of the roofing system from multiple angles so that we’re able to diagnose potential deficiencies that you’ll want to have repaired.

Real Estate Property Promotional Photography

Real Estate Property Promotional Photography

Our aerial drone photography can also be useful for prospective clients who wish to obtain high-quality promotional material before putting a home on the market. We can use the drone to photograph the home from practically any angle—including the front of the home, the rear, and from above.

Mold Testing

Mold Testing

A good home is a safe haven for families, but that feeling can be diminished when there are elements of the home that are detrimental to your family’s health—and one of the most common offenders is mold. For this inspection service, we’ll comprehensively test a home for mold, providing you with a detailed analysis so that you can take action for mold removal if necessary.

Indoor Air Quality Testing

Indoor Air Quality Testing

Mold is but one issue that can affect indoor quality. There are other allergens such as pet dander and chemicals such as VOCs that can also have a negative impact. We’re able to test a home’s air for several contaminants that you’ll want to know about before closing on a purchase so that you can request for the problem to be addressed by the seller.
