Upon completing the inspection, our team will provide you with their report within 7 business days or sooner, depending on the size of the property. We will include estimates of potential repair costs and we typically inform our clients of items which are estimated to cost in excess of $5,000 to correct (although this figure can be adjusted). We conduct our PCA to the standards placed upon inspectors under ASTM 2018E in regard to commercial buildings and we understand the importance of performing a quality inspection.
